A few years ago, I stopped telling myself I would “start exercising again soon.” Not because I didn’t care, but because that promise kept failing. Life got busier, workdays got longer, and somehow sitting became the default position for most of my waking hours. I wasn’t looking to train for anything or transform my body. I just wanted to feel better at the end of the day—less stiff, less tired, and more like myself.

What I eventually learned is that staying active doesn’t always require more willpower. Sometimes it just requires a smarter setup.
